Arrived safely in Athens!

We arrived in Athens without incident – must have been that prayer Mr. Lussi prayed for us at the ATL airport before we left! The adults slept very well on the plane. I repeat: the adults slept very well on the plane. We had a couple of lost boarding passes and one nose bleed – parent is on trip – so all is well. The flight into Athens was beautiful as we passed over snow capped mountains. Our flight from New York went along the U.S. northeast coast and then across the Atlantic. We then crossed Britain, English Channel and down to Athens. We could watch our flight path on a map on the overhead TV. We could see the last hour and a half out the windows. Weather clear and beautiful. We are waiting at airport for our hosts and then off to the hotel to freshen up and hit the road sightseeing.
